WOW...
I never thought I would get 2 responses from the my earlier blog. Thank you.. I will post a follow-up if anything happens the next time I go to the gym...
Speaking of meeting women, there's another I meet few times a week. I meet this lady on the public bus.
Now.. you might think what kinda of people you would expect to meet on a public bus. But thing is, in Japan, the country is pretty small and everything is accessssible by public means. Car ownership is expensive, considering you have to have parking space before buying a car. Streets are narrow and street parking is not recommended on a regular basis. Plus, it helps that the system is here is pretty good with times. I've read somewhere that only in Japan, would you find bus stops with bus time written upto the minute... and yes the bus does come on time 95% of the time I've rode on it.
Getting back... the lady isn't exactly young and hot but she's decent. She has her hair dyed sandy blonde, white from her make-up and wears shocking pink lipstick. I assumed she works in an office environment judging by the fact she on the bus in the morning, but never asked what she did for a living. I have a habit of smiling at people when eye contact is made and she's one of them that went a step further to actual conversation. The first time we spoke was when she was with her 6 year boy (I overheard this one). She nugged her boy into saying, "HELLO" to me in English. I surprised them both but saying good morning to them both in Japanese. Since then, we spoken a few time when we meet on the bus.
You're thinking, I shouldn't go any further since she's got a boy, hence married. But while I'm trying to figure this lady out, I'm getting confused. She has a boy but no wedding ring. So it could be she's previously been married and now has custody of the boy. Its not my business to ask whether she's married or not but she's asked the same to thing to me. She saw I wore a ring on my right, wedding finger. I told her its not a wedding ring but my birthstone I wear. A few times she worn a V-neck sweater and I mean V. So much so, its almost like she wants people (men) to see her cleavage. Plus today on the bus, she was reading a guide to taking the TOEIC. (Test of English for International Communication, think TOFEL for non-native English speakers. She's mentioned in the past that she and her boy were learning English on their own, English school are expensive she's said).
So.. should i offer my services as a native english speaker to help her, learn English with her boy? Should I charge her for it? Or should I get her to repay in kind. (if you catch my drift... LOL)
Yes, I know what you all are thinking...I'm a wimp when it comes to women.
